Day 30 - Arrival at Airlie Beach

I can't believe it's been a month since I started travelling... I'm quite upset that my travelling in Australia has gone so quickly, I love it here, it's like a completely different world...

The climate 16 hours north of Noosa is a lot better. A lot drier and a lot clearer!
Airlie Beach is a lot smaller than we had anticipated. The entire 'village' is just 600m long! We walked it in about 20 minutes.
Also to our surprise, there's no beach! There is a beautiful lagoon though, where most people seem to sunbathe and swim.
On our way back to the hostel we got a lovely picture of the sunset.

At night Airlie Beach really lights up, it seems to be quite big on it's partying. None of that for us though, we're doing the beautiful Whitsunday Islands tomorrow! Expect some great things!
